Race the Ooze is the 13th level in Boiling Point. You must turn the Toxic Ooze into Steam via a converter.

Where's My Water? Boiling Point Level 6-13 Walkthrough
Quickly cut the dirt so the Water will touch the Hot Rocks and turn into Steam. This will activate a switch, which tilts a pipe that connects to a Steam Converter. Also remember to send the Steam to an Icicle above to fill the second duck. The Toxic Ooze will fall onto the pipe, and a lot of Steam will come out. Simply cut the dirt so the Steam will touch the icicle and the resulting water will fill the duck and go into Swampy's bathtub.
